1. Description of Service

Switchflare is a browser extension productivity tool designed to allow users to save and switch between multiple Cloudflare accounts locally.

2. No Affiliation with Cloudflare

Switchflare is an independent, third-party software utility. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Cloudflare, Inc. The name “Cloudflare” as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Security and Master PIN Responsibility

Switchflare uses a zero-knowledge architecture. Your Cloudflare session cookies and metadata are encrypted locally on your device using a Master PIN that you create.

• No PIN Recovery: We do not store or transmit your Master PIN. If you lose or forget your PIN, your encrypted data cannot be recovered. You will need to reset your local vault and re-authenticate your accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Master PIN and the physical security of your device. Switchflare is not liable for any unauthorized access to your accounts resulting from stolen devices or compromised PINs.

4. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Switchflare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

• Free Tier: You may use the free version of the extension within its feature limits.
• Pro & Team Tiers: Paid licenses are granted per user or per team limit (for example, 10 concurrent active devices for the Team tier). You may not share your individual Pro license key with others.
• Restrictions: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works of the Switchflare extension or its licensing API. You may not use Switchflare for any illegal activities or to access accounts you do not have authorized permission to manage.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing, payments, and returns.

• Billing: By purchasing a Pro or Team license, whether via monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime payment, you agree to pay the fees specified at checkout.
• Subscriptions: If you choose a monthly subscription, it automatically renews until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your license management portal or by contacting support.
• Lifetime Licenses: “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Switchflare product. You will receive access and updates for as long as the Service is actively maintained and supported.

6. Limitation of Liability (Read Carefully)

Switchflare is a utility tool designed to facilitate faster account management. You are solely responsible for the actions you take within your Cloudflare dashboard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Switchflare and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Accidental modifications, deletions, or misconfigurations made to the wrong Cloudflare account, domain, or production site.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Account suspensions or bans issued by Cloudflare, Inc.
• Loss of access to your local Switchflare vault due to a forgotten Master PIN.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, abuses our licensing API, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Switchflare operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
